
Key Account Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the growth of our key client accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with our existing clients to identify opportunities for expansion and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert guidance and support to key clients
- Conducting thorough needs analyses to clarify client requirements
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system
- Identifying and pursuing new business growth opportunities
Requirements for success in this role include:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or customer service
- Strong customer service skills and a professional phone manner
- Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
- Excellent multitasking skills and computer literacy
Bonus qualifications include:
- Experience working in the emergency training/fire risk industry
- B2B sales experience
- Account management experience
- Invoicing and financial modeling experience
