Service Desk Analyst Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day 1st level IT Service Desk support to users via phone and IT Self Service Portal, ensuring that IT Services are supported and maintained, and providing first call resolutions to incoming calls where possible using knowledge base articles.

This role requires strong technical skills, including Microsoft Operating System support, Microsoft Office Application support, and user administration using Active Directory, etc.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with other staff, users, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day 1st level IT Service Desk support to users via phone and IT Self Service Portal
  • Ensure IT Services are supported and maintained
  • Provide first call resolutions to incoming calls where possible using knowledge base articles
Technical Skills:
  • Microsoft Operating System support (Windows 10 & 11)
  • Microsoft Office Application support
  • User administration using Active Directory, etc.

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
