You will conduct installation and training sessions for new clients, as well as contact clients to deliver software upgrades and enhancements.You don't need to be an IT or software expert — just friendly and helpful, with a strong desire to assist people. We will teach you the rest.Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong track record in delivering outstanding customer service, with experience in roles such as customer service, help desk, call centre, or software support
  • An ability to troubleshoot general IT issues or learn technical skills quickly
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
