Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Service Desk Analyst and provide high-quality support services.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by accurately logging, triaging, tracking, and resolving incidents, service requests, and problems via phone, email, and walk-ups.
  • Respond to, research, analyze, and resolve customer requests in a timely manner, adhering to agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 resolver groups to ensure seamless communication with end-users.
  • Participate in flexible working arrangements and rotational on-call rosters for out-of-business-hours support.
  • Maintain and contribute to knowledge bases, documentation, and procedural guides.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Service Desk or IT Support environment, coupled with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Strong candidates will exhibit enthusiasm, motivation, and a positive attitude, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, they will have a solid understanding of server environments, including Exchange and Active Directory administration.
