Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to internal staff and administrative systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong technical skills, including operating systems, desktop applications, and hardware.
The following key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical assistance to users with equipment and data-related issues.
- Staffing a centralized IT Support Desk to facilitate the exchange of information and advice.
- Implementing solutions or notifying outsource providers as required.
Additionally, the successful candidate will:
- Assist in the development of project plans for the delivery of required hardware and software.
- Maintain an awareness of developments in the industry and participate in the sharing of knowledge.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proven Windows & MAC OS/X support and application experience, including rebuilds, installations, and support.
- Experience performing Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, AD Domains, and Exchange/Office 365 System Administration tasks.
- Sound technical skills, including operating systems, desktop applications, and hardware.
