We are seeking a skilled Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting change initiatives and driving business results.
Your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute change support and deliverables across various teams. You will act as the conduit between stakeholders, working closely with them to develop materials that enhance people's ability to adapt to changes.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to assess the impact of proposed changes and develop plans to mitigate risks
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new technologies and processes
