Job Description:

  • Develop and deliver Change Management plans for cyber security and digital transformation initiatives

  • Work closely with business leaders, technical experts, partners and cross-functional teams to embed new ways of working, uplift change capability and ensure successful cyber, security and digital initiatives

  • Partner with stakeholders to assess end user impacts, manage engagement and deliver communications

  • Support training and learning interventions to embed new capabilities

  • Coach leaders and uplift change maturity across the Digital & Cyber Security teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management within technical or digital environments

  • Proven delivery across cyber security or ICT projects

  • Strong knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., PROSCI) and stakeholder engagement

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, simplify complexity and communicate with impact
