About the role Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the Transformation agenda by leading the creation and implementation of a change management capability within the team.
You will develop strategies and plans that ensure our initiatives are fully realised by the business and are continually evolved.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and communicate a change strategy for multiple projects across the Transformation & Strategy team, ensuring alignment with strategies to land project objectives
- Create and implement advanced change management plans that shape a clear vision and message to support leaders and team members through the transition
- Develop a Change Management capability to deliver on Transformation & Strategy business unit outcomes
- Develop a consolidated view of where change is happening across the business to inform decisions on stakeholder engagement and strategies to deliver project objectives
- Work closely across various business units to implement change plans
- Manage any potential risk, issues or constraints that threaten project deliverables and ensure recovery plans are successfully implemented
- Lead and facilitate the flow of information and work in partnership with project/change sponsors, line managers and cross functional teams to ensure collaborations are mutually beneficial
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in change management or related field
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing large-scale organisational change initiatives in a retail/FMCG environment
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or certification in change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ACMP)
- Excellent ability to partner, coach and build trusted relationships, including up to senior levels
- Executive level communication and presentation skills with the ability to craft clear and compelling change narratives and plans
- The ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, manage resistance, and support individuals through periods of transformation
- Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions and biases whilst developing critical thinking in others
