Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Digital Solution Area Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives through the effective use of Microsoft's cloud-based solutions.
As a Digital Solution Area Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and progressing on opportunities to drive consumption with existing customers, collaborating with internal teams and partners to recommend solutions or products, and establishing relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Learn how Microsoft's 3-cloud-platform can enable digital transformation areas and support team members on digital transformation opportunities in an assigned area.
- Drive consumption and support team members on identifying and progressing on opportunities to drive consumption with existing customers.
- Understand customer business needs through initial conversation and collaborate with internal teams, partners, and services to recommend solutions or products.
- Establish relationships with internal stakeholders and partners, seeking out and considering their opinions.
- Learn about direct competitors for the assigned products, solutions, and/or services and collaborate with the 'compete' global black belts to execute on strategies that position Microsoft favorably against competitors.
- Seek client feedback to identify and understand the drivers of satisfaction and execute plans to maintain and continue to build on it, and to identify and understand the drivers of dissatisfaction, determine the root cause of problems, and establish recovery action plan to improve clients' overall experience.
