  • Client & Office Operations:
    • Manage client communications, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups for exceptional service delivery.
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring seamless workflows and high efficiency across departments.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential client records and databases.
  • HR, Payroll & People Support:
    • Assist with HR and payroll administration, staff onboarding, and timesheet management.
    • Coach and lead the reception and operations team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Reception & Client Experience:
    • Lead reception services, ensuring polished and professional client interactions.
    • Oversee calls, meeting room bookings, and event coordination.
  • Facilities & Workplace Management:
    • Manage building and facilities maintenance, cleaning, security, and WHS compliance.
    • Oversee emergency procedures, first aid training schedules, and safety compliance.
  • Operational Excellence & Innovation:
    • Streamline and centralise administrative workflows across departments.
    • Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, implementing automation tools to boost productivity.
  • Executive & Strategic Support:
    • Provide high-level business support to the General Manager and leadership team.
    • Organise internal meetings, training sessions, and client events.
