Operations Leadership Role

This is a challenging position that requires an experienced operations professional to oversee the daily activities at our site.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of all operational processes, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of service delivery for valued customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing the operations team to foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate results in line with service level agreements.
  • Analysis of operational performance to implement strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensuring site compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of compliance and safety.
  • Managing resources and logistics to optimise operational costs, improve service levels, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Providing training, support, and development opportunities for team members including talent identification and succession planning.

  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience in leading teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive process improvements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a similar role.
