- Collaborate closely with other senior leaders to align regional strategies and operational goals.
- Lead and support Regional Managers to optimise service delivery and ensure consistent compliance with policies and funding requirements.
- Monitor, analyse, and respond to operational performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management to maintain operational efficiency across all southern Queensland venues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, quality assurance, and risk management practices to uphold organisational standards and client safety.
