Lead a High-Performing Team

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Shift Leader. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience by leading, coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to drive operational excellence and foster a positive work environment
  • Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including menu preparation, inventory management and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience, increase sales and improve overall performance
  • Collaborate with other Shift Leaders and Restaurant Managers to achieve business objectives and maintain a safe and secure working environment

Requirements:

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
  • Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
