
Supporting Vulnerable Families Specialist

About the Role:
The Family Wellbeing Services program provides a coordinated and culturally safe support system for families experiencing vulnerability. Our goal is to build family capacity, strengthen community connections, and safeguard the wellbeing of children.
Duties:
- Meet individual case performance targets as per weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboard system.
- Provide high-quality practice in all interactions with clients, consistent with ATSICHS values and vision.
- Facilitate client-led assessments and Care Plans to identify client goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant social services field or Diploma in a relevant Community/Services field.
- At least 4 years case management experience in family support, child protection, youth support, housing or related field.
- Exceptional case management skills, including grammatical writing ability, personal organisation and time management.
- Ability to create new social work theoretical frameworks of practice, aligned with ATSICHS values.

Additional Requirements:
You will need to:
- Have a current drivers' licence.
- Hold a valid police check.
- Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children's Card (Blue Card).
- Travel to work in the community on a regular basis.
