About the Role:

This is a key position in our organization, and as a Senior Client Solutions Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day reporting requests and responding to client queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, you will oversee designated client mailboxes and facilitate daily managed fund transaction processing for fund managers, investors, and advisers.

  3. Deliver proactive, customer-focused solutions that enhance client experience.
  4. Serve as a senior-level support representative, handling moderately complex tasks with independent judgment.
  5. Maintain direct communication with fund managers, investors, and advisers to support ongoing service delivery.

Requirements:

  • You must be self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, evaluating alternatives and applying innovative, practical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with a customer-centric approach.
  • A proven ability to manage client requests and deliver outcomes aligned with service standards is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and analysis, is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A background in funds management, unit registry, or superannuation administration would be beneficial.
  • Prior experience in operations or client service roles within financial services would also be an advantage.
