Senior Client Manager

As a Senior Client Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of high-value clients.
The Role- Take full responsibility for the client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service and meeting client expectations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the client base to identify current and future needs.
- Develop and recommend products, services, and upgrades to enhance client satisfaction.
- Secure new business and retain existing clients through excellent relationships and market expertise.
- Stay informed about market dynamics and their impact on clients.
- Manage compliance and operational requirements for the portfolio.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of processes, including renewals, debtors, complaint register, breach register, and win-loss data.
- 3+ years' experience as a Senior Client Manager with high-value clients.
- Outstanding customer service and commercial acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite required.
- Experience with industry-specific software desirable.
- Tier 1 Broking qualification essential.
- A tertiary qualification in financial services or Diploma in Insurance highly regarded.
- A self-motivated individual with attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships.
- Existing connections with underwriters and industry networks.
- Passion for personal lines products and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
