Job Overview

As a key member of our Enterprise PKI and TLS management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and the capacity to drive growth and enhance client satisfaction through proactive account management.

This role requires a high level of technical acumen, with a focus on digital security and customer success. The candidate should be able to articulate complex business objectives and develop strategic solutions to meet these goals.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive client engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage multiple accounts, resolving issues quickly and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor service renewals and expirations, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Provide expert escalation management techniques and support to internal personnel.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, relationship, or account management roles.
  • Previous experience in sales engineering, customer service, or other customer-facing positions is advantageous.
  • Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Digital security industry certifications can be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as MS Office Suite and Salesforce is expected.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
