Job Title: CX Service Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the Customer Experience (CX) team as a Client Service Manager. Reporting to the Account Director, you will leverage your knowledge of the CX industry to drive continued growth in major retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring program-specific strategic priorities are effectively communicated.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and with new clients.
  • Craft and execute campaigns from concept to delivery.
  • Analyze and communicate insights from program data.
  • Manage programs within budget parameters and prepare accurate monthly invoices.
  • Analyze competitor activity for business insight.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing national client bases or brands.
  • A background in delivering CX programs, brand strategies, or service solutions directly or as a third-party supplier.
  • Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Capacity to think strategically and provide relevant information to support key decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to make commercial decisions driving positive business outcomes.
  • Practical knowledge of sales functions and budget control.
  • Experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders at major accounts.
  • Effective communication across all levels of the business.
