Key Responsibilities- Support the preparation of quotes, proposals and policy documentation in line with best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to prepare stewardship reports and collect relevant data.
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding processes for new clients.
- Action client queries, renewals, policy changes and coverage advice with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain high standards of service and provide expert advice throughout the sales process and policy lifecycle.
- Stay informed about industry developments, products and regulatory requirements.
