Community Dispute Resolution Specialist

The Office of the Commissioner provides information and dispute resolution services to support self-management in community titles schemes in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead conciliators and case managers, promoting their professional development and effective performance through mentoring and coaching
- Monitor and address team performance to ensure operational effectiveness, best practices and efficiencies are maintained
- Develop case management strategies to resolve disputes in a timely manner
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with recordkeeping standards and take action to mitigate risk and issues
- Conduct conciliation sessions for complex disputes
- Monitor, analyse and challenge existing systems, practices and procedures
- Assist the executive manager and commissioner to implement projects
- Work collaboratively with directors, managers, and team leaders
- Prepare strategic papers, submissions, reports, briefs and notes on complex matters
