We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our disputes and insolvency department, you will play a crucial role in managing dispute resolution and insolvency matters from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential solutions and draft pleadings and submissions that effectively communicate your client's position.
- Attend court proceedings and negotiate settlements on behalf of your clients.
- Provide expert legal advice and support on various disputes and insolvency matters.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and team members to develop effective strategies and achieve successful outcomes.
- A minimum of 1-5 years post-admission experience in disputes and insolvency law.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and technical expertise.
- High-level problem-solving skills and ability to learn new tasks quickly.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
