Job Description">

Key to enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and improving product or service quality is the role of a Continuous Improvement Manager. This position bridges strategy and execution by leading Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.


This role entails taking full accountability for optimising performance in alignment with strategic performance measures and system health indicators, ensuring that all operational activities contribute to the achievement of key performance outcomes. It also involves identifying, costing, and processing proposed continuous improvement events for submission to stakeholders, ensuring that each proposal is strategically aligned, financially justified, and operationally feasible.


The Continuous Improvement Manager will develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies and processes that aim to reduce the total cost of ownership across the organisation, while maintaining or improving asset performance and reliability. This role requires staying abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging innovations to proactively identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, service delivery, and competitive advantage.


Collaboration directly with stakeholders is essential in co-creating innovative solutions that deliver mutual value, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with stakeholder priorities and expectations. The effective use of data and analytics is also crucial in driving increased productivity, transparency, and accountability.
