This full-time role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient administrative processes, working closely with our dynamic team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency across the business.
  • Manage purchasing of goods from suppliers, oversee inventory, and maintain accurate records in our systems.

  • Update and maintain master data sheets with product information.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Research new beauty trends and products to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide top-notch customer support when needed.
