Job Title: Automation SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that enhance the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to conduct process analysis of common tasks in key operational areas to identify potential RPA solutions. They will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities will include ensuring consistent use of agreed RPA tools across the group, leveraging documented standards and effective change reviews. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring end-user applications and proactively identifying potential issues.

In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate a drive to reduce inconsistencies, risk, and errors in automation processes. They will also be responsible for continuously learning new RPA tools, methods, and best practices.
