- Deliver expert-level support for the PRONTO ERP platform and its integrations across Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Management modules.
- Assist in system improvements, including enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Produce functional and technical documentation and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement process improvements and utilize ServiceNow for change management.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Work with the ERP Trainer to support key users and provide guidance on best practices.
- Assist with IT audit processes and lead remediation activities to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Provide support for existing solutions, such as automation and business intelligence tools.
This role requires a strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and project management, as well as experience with system improvements and integrations.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in the PRONTO platform and its Finance and Supply Chain modules, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and improving system performance.
