- Document and analyse current operational workflows including billing onboarding metering and support.
- Identify inefficiencies and standardisation opportunities using data analysis and reporting tools.
- Cross-functional team collaboration to resolve process pain points and implement practical solutions.
- Support process improvement initiatives and change management including drafting procedures and training materials.
- Operational compliance with industry regulations and proactive risk identification.
- System enhancements through interface improvements coordination with development teams and user acceptance testing.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Data Analyst Reporting Analyst or equivalent role within a highly regulated industry such as Energy Utilities Financial Services.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a professional field such as STEM or Information Technology.
- Data capture tool experience including Excel SQL Power BI reporting and Python analytical problem-solving skills highly regarded.
