Job Title: Strategic Customer Care SpecialistAbout the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience by executing a strategic customer care model. This role involves strengthening customer relationships, optimizing service delivery, and driving operational excellence.

This position requires strong communication and relationship management skills to prioritize customer needs while aligning with business objectives. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations and address concerns with a solution-focused approach.
Operational Excellence & Service Delivery:
  • Execute best-in-class customer service processes to support a seamless order-to-delivery experience.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer service, supply chain, or related role, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry.
  • Candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and analytical mindset.
