At One Solution Building Services, we're proud to be a family-owned business with long-standing relationships with Australia's major insurers and government bodies.We are seeking an experienced Insurance Repair Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial insurance claims across Brisbane and surrounding areas.About the Role:As a key member of our team, you'll manage multiple insurance repair projects, ensuring a high level of service and quality is achieved.
You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff to deliver high-quality repairs on time and within budget.Your responsibilities will include:Interpreting scopes of work, specialist reports, and building plansManaging budgets and forecasting project costsCoordinating multiple repair jobs simultaneouslyCommunicating effectively with all stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with ethical, safety, and quality standardsUsing computer-based systems for documentation and reportingAbout You:We're looking for someone who's confident, well-organised, and committed to delivering top-tier service.You will have:Strong construction knowledge (trade background highly regarded)Proven experience supervising repair or construction projectsA QBCC Supervisor Licence, or be eligible to hold oneA valid Queensland Driver's LicenceGreat communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systemsFlexibility to assist with emergency event responses (occasional travel)A professional manner, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindsetWhy Join Us?
