We are a leading insurance provider that offers a range of products to safeguard our customers in their time of need. Our general insurance products protect customers on the road, at home and on holiday with various Car, Motorcycle, Home, Contents, Pet and Travel Insurance products as well as Roadside Assistance.

The Role
  • Drive performance to support strategic objectives by providing input into partnership objectives and translating these into operational plans incorporating financial, operational, people, customer, risk and community objectives.
  • Operate within and support governance frameworks for ensuring contractual commitments and processes are followed and adhered to.
  • Build long-term partnerships through focus on relationships, sales performance and contractual/commercial discipline.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive growth and success of partnerships.

You possess hands-on experience in driving results through strong stakeholder engagement. You demonstrate expertise in design thinking, process engineering, and problem-solving using formal programs and processes.

A formal qualification in a relevant field is preferred.

Additional qualifications include 5 years of experience in partnership management, proven success in managing and growing partnerships, and practical experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing changes across all levels of an organization.
