About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Townsville. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing purchase orders and invoices, and performing general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
- Processing and creating purchase orders and invoices
- Performing general administrative tasks using in-house systems and Microsoft Office
- Effective multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Must have experience in administration
- Experience with word and excel
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management
- Ability to work within a team and unsupervised
