Job Description

We are currently seeking an HR & Rostering Coordinator to join our team at Sunset Views Manor. This role is perfect for a recent HR graduate looking to kick start their career. You will gain experience with HR tasks including award interpretation, recruitment, performance and leave management.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that will utilise your exceptional organisational and relationship skills. You will need to be flexible, adaptable to change and thrive on problem-solving. We are looking for someone with the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, as a key part of this role involves people management.

Key Duties:
  • Central point of contact for staff with regards to their employment
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Develop and manage rosters ensuring shifts are filled to maximise quality of care and continuity of services for our residents
  • Processing time sheets and pay queries
  • Staff training and education
  • Award interpretation
  • Monthly reporting
  • Staff retention
  • Terminations

This role is based at Sunset Views Manor, our residential aged care home located in Tarneit.
