Garden Village is a leading provider of aged care, community services, and retirement living solutions. We are seeking a skilled Community Services Roster Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support our Care Coordinators in coordinating support staff to provide in-home services to clients in the community.
- Communicate scheduled changes effectively to staff, clients, and managers.
- Create, maintain, and update scheduled services in our roster system to ensure sufficient coverage of support services.
- Assist the Community Services Manager with leave planning to maintain sufficient coverage of support services.
- Maintain accurate roster data to allow correct flow of information into payroll systems.

Requirements
- Experience in a rostering role within aged care or community services setting.
- Knowledge and experience working with scheduling government-funded home care packages.
- Knowledge of relevant award/s and scheduling best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion and commitment to providing a high standard of person-centered care.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
