Support Excellence in Care Delivery
HammondCare At Home is seeking a dedicated Service Support Officer to join our frontline care team, providing reliable office-based support for Care Managers, clients, and their representatives.
- Ensure seamless administrative tasks related to care workers, including timesheets, ordering personal protective equipment, and Care worker equipment.
- Manage staff and client changes, payroll, and client documentation in consultation with Care Managers.
- Document all client contact in the client management system and report to relevant Case Managers as necessary.
- Promptly manage incoming enquiries and escalate as appropriate.
- Perform administrative tasks related to clients, including phone calls, ordering stock and equipment, filing, and preparing documentation for Client assessments.
- Assist with Admissions Service Support Officer duties, focusing on new enquiries and managing MAC databases.
