Key Responsibilities- Prioritise customer needs with a service-oriented approach, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Support customers, including partners, to ensure they leverage the full potential of Deliverect's offerings.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, customers, and projects concurrently, ensuring seamless coordination in a timely manner.
- Oversee complex implementation processes, monitoring specific KPIs to guarantee successful outcomes.
- Identify, document, and escalate bugs through appropriate channels, maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Deliverect's service processes, actively contributing to their continuous improvement.
- Quickly adapt to new and technically complex issues, prioritising critical tasks to offer efficient solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Deliverect's product suite, integration capabilities, and experience with configuring solutions for complex setups.
- Proven track record in technical account management or related fields, preferably in hospitality, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
- Success in implementing SaaS solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients, and strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships, translating technical concepts, and a consultative approach to solving client issues.
- Proficiency in G Suite and familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems are beneficial.
- Knowledge of the food & beverage industry, REST APIs, webhooks, token authentication, and hands-on experience with POS platforms will be advantageous.
This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 3 days in our Sydney office and 2 days working from home. Candidates must demonstrate impeccable English and any other language skills are a plus.
