nCino, Inc. is a leading cloud banking platform that empowers financial institutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team and drive innovation in the financial services industry.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with clients over $25 billion in assets, providing subject matter expertise on the nCino platform and technical design. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to analyze their current architecture, define their target, and develop a roadmap to implement our leading Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on the nCino platform and Salesforce configuration.
  • Work with the Direct Sales Team, Product Development Team, and Professional Services Team to develop customized environments for clients.
  • Contribute to prospect-specific inquiries and scoping projects around implementation, nCino Support models, technical configuration, security, and data integration.
  • Perform detailed analysis of technical requirements during sales cycles and while completing RFPs.
  • Demonstrate how to implement security, create custom objects, fields, and editing page layouts within an nCino demonstration environment.
  • Create dashboards and reports to represent prospect-specific scenarios.
  • Load or export data via the Apex Data Loader and other tools.
  • Lead training webinars for nCino employees to explain recent release functionality, demonstration environment configuration, and behavior.
Qualifications
  • 4 years full-time Salesforce Administration or Implementation experience required, certification a plus.
  • Familiarity with European banking regulations and governance.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
  • Experience designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Work Flows, and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates, and email generation according to application requirements.
  • Knowledge of Security standards specific to the financial services industry.
  • Data management skills, including advanced Excel and SOQL skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Highly professional with strong communication skills, especially in solving complex credit-related challenges in the financial services industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work outside of standard business hours as necessary.
