Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to join our APAC Consulting Services team at Autodesk. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our most strategic customers to deliver innovative construction solutions and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Autodesk solutions to meet customer needs
  • Analyze and improve construction industry processes and workflows
  • Lead consulting engagements and document value delivered
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and Autodesk colleagues to deliver solutions and resolve technical issues
  • Provide feedback to service line management and product development groups on client experience
  • Contribute to task estimation and scoping, including scope clarification with customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a focus on digital solutions
  • Experience with construction industry processes, including preconstruction, document management, project management, quality management, safety management, and handover
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and delivering presentations
  • Ability to drive decisions and closure on issues
  • Proven ability to work with diverse technical, sales, and project delivery teams
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time, including international travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Autodesk product expertise, including Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360
  • Knowledge of competitor solutions in the construction industry
  • Advanced experience developing and implementing workflow processes between architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and owners
  • Experience using Autodesk products, such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and InfraWorks
  • Experience driving change at the enterprise level
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650
