
Customer Booking Coordinator

A highly organized and customer-focused professional is sought to manage and coordinate bookings. As the primary point of contact between customers and government agencies, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate job details and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inquiries about services, bookings, and pricing.
- Conduct detailed consultations to ensure accurate job details.
- Enter bookings into the system and assign unique booking numbers.
- Follow up with consultants and customers regarding their bookings.
- Liaise with clients and interpreters to address specific requirements.
- Maintain records and updating availability and unavailability.
- Address and escalate complaints, if necessary.
- Undertake bookings when required.
- Provide administrative support and assist as needed.
- Previous experience working in a call center environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook is essential.
- Strong clerical and administrative skills are required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
- A positive and constructive approach to problem-solving is expected.
- Accountability for professional outcomes is crucial.
- The ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines is vital.
