Overview

As a Bookings Consultant, you will play a key role in maximising shift bookings by managing all aspects of the recruitment and rostering process. You'll oversee a growing client portfolio, ensuring staffing needs are met while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates alike. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with bookings teams nationally, as well as with Finance, Payroll, People & Culture, and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to placement
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored staffing solutions
  • Effectively utilise our systems and databases to manage bookings and candidate information
  • Support business growth by overseeing and expanding a portfolio of clients
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, contracts, and relevant legislation
  • Collaborate with colleagues across states to support a high-performance culture

  • Experience in recruitment, rostering, or workforce coordination (ideal but not essential)
