The Role

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to collaborate with our onsite team and stakeholders to manage bookings for shared community spaces.

  • Coordinating internal partnerships to arrange the use of school facilities by community groups
  • Managing bookings for council and community use areas
  • Ensuring compliance with agreements and systems across various stakeholders
  • Conducting or participating in risk assessments and related activities to ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met
  • Driving innovation and collaboration to achieve key performance indicators and ongoing process improvements

You Will Need

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A valid Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain it
  • National Police clearance within 12 months of issue
  • Effective communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • A team-oriented mindset and willingness to work with on-site service providers
