We're seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bookings Consultant/ Customer Contact Consultant. As the main point of contact between customers and government agencies, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responding to inquiries about services, bookings, and pricing
- Conduct detailed phone consultations to ensure accurate job details.
- Enter bookings into the system and assign unique booking numbers.
- Follow up with consultants and customers regarding their bookings.
- Liaise with clients and interpreters to address specific requirements.
- Maintain records and updating availability and unavailability.
- Address and escalate complaints, if necessary.
- Undertake bookings when required.
- Provide administrative support and assist the Managing Director as needed.
- Monitor and update clearances, ensuring compliance.

**About You**:

- Previous experience working in call centre environment will be advantageous.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Competency in computer usage.
- Strong clerical and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Positive and constructive approach to problem-solving.
- Accountability for professional outcomes.
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.

**Requirement**:

- Must be able to pass a Police Check
