
Customer Service Coordinator

As a pivotal point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal departments, this role offers a dynamic and fast-paced coordination environment. You will be responsible for scheduling service and installation jobs, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end process.
Key Responsibilities:- Book and schedule service and installation jobs
- Assign jobs to technicians based on their location and availability
- Call customers to confirm bookings and job details
- Update job schedules when changes or urgent requests come in
- Keep records and job information up to date in the system
- Stay in touch with technicians throughout the day to track progress
- Follow up on any incomplete jobs or missing parts
- Help finalise jobs so they're ready for invoicing
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and juggle competing priorities
- Thriving in a collaborative, customer-centric environment
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Confident dealing with customers and resolving issues professionally
- Intermediate MS Office skills and experience using job management or scheduling systems
