Customer Experience Officer

Attract a motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Officer within our Travel Reservations team.
The successful candidate will provide consistently excellent customer service, processing travel enquiries and bookings with accuracy. They will build relationships with travel agents, convert customer enquiries into sales and work collaboratively in our Travel and Call Centre environment.
Key qualifications for this position include:
- Advanced computer skills and ability to learn and use various software packages;
- Flexibility to work in our Travel and Call Centre;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Customer-centric personality;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Ability to quickly obtain knowledge of fares, destinations and booking processes;
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills;
- A preparedness to take initiative and drive strong results.
