About the Role:

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a portfolio of clients. Your key responsibilities include ensuring delivery of service and operational excellence in activities in accordance with our policies, managing client relationships across multiple clients, and maintaining compliance with regulatory frameworks.

You will also assist Senior Managers in ensuring compliance is managed appropriately, monitor service providers, and participate in disclosure document and fund promotion material due diligence if required.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the billing for assigned clients, reviewing regular reports provided by each client, and escalating any legal or regulatory red flags to senior members of the Client Management Team.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Financial Services or related experience with at least 3 years financial operations experience
  • Excellent client management skills and relationship management experience
  • Strong knowledge of fund structures and experience within the managed funds industry (including custody, fund administration, registry, audit, investment operations)
