Client Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Relationship Executive to join our team.
This is a key role that involves managing a portfolio of high value property clients with complex banking needs.
You will be responsible for understanding the specific needs and aims of our clients and using your relationships to help them realise new opportunities.
Your primary goal will be to drive revenue from your portfolio of clients and enhance customer satisfaction of the client managed accounts.
You will also be accountable for all client interactions and partner with other teams to meet portfolio and new client needs.
Additionally, you will own and drive the proactive risk management responsibilities of the portfolio.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong analytical skills and be able to provide analysts with the necessary information to write good quality credit submissions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and property finance, as well as excellent communication and relationship building skills.
