Client Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic and modern accounting firm in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a positive attitude, professional demeanour and excellent customer service skills to manage a portfolio of clients from SMEs to large multi-entity clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with clients, C-level contacts, and high profile individuals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial and wealth needs.
  • Providing strategies to clients in relation to budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning, business structuring etc.
  • Preparing tax compliance for all entities including large groups.
  • Providing a holistic wealth service to clients.
  • Supporting the Directors and assisting with the strategic direction of the firm.
  • Assisting with the management and supervision of staff including workflow, review and training.
  • Maintaining an ongoing awareness of market/industry and competitor trends and growing your portfolio through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assisting with business development activities including drafting proposals and conducting client meetings.

Required qualifications include CA or CPA qualified accountant.
