Claims Resolution Specialist

About the Role
Frontline Recruitment is seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for working under a Project Manager to support repair supervisors and ensure teams meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Claims Management: Assist customers, insurers, and fellow team members in progressing and updating claims on company portals.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and develop stakeholder relationships to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Customer Service: Manage inbound and outbound calls, answering queries regarding claims or referring to the correct team member.
- Problem Solving: Triaging and evaluating multiple residential insurance claims on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, confident to answer and make calls in a high-volume environment.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service and ability to handle a variety of stakeholders.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and willingness to follow processes and procedures.
