About our role

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to delivering a world-class experience for our guests.

As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, settling accounts, responding to phone queries, and providing a high level of service to our guests.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring a positive experience.
  2. Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, handling room assignments, key card distributions, and other related tasks.
  3. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Work effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

About You

  • You have previous experience in a hotel or customer service role, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • You are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
