Hotel Hospitality Specialist Job Description

This is a role that requires a high level of customer service skills to ensure guests have a memorable experience at our hotel.

About You:

  • We are looking for someone with a proven track record in a comparable position with flexible weekend and overnight availability.
  • You must have full working rights with no hours restrictions (at least 2 years) and reside in the Perth Metropolitan Area.
  • A confident and bubbly personality, with an aptitude for hospitable service, leadership, teamwork, and patience is required.
  • Strong English writing, reading and speaking communication is essential, with a bonus for those who are multilingual.
  • Tech-Savvy Precision and Confidentiality: Mastering technology with a keen eye for detail and data security is a must.
