Guest Experience Specialist

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable memories for our guests. Your warm welcome will set the tone for their entire stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Kicking off memorable guest experiences with exceptional hospitality.
  • Acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests to show appreciation for their loyalty.
  • Managing and processing payments for guest bookings with ease.
  • Making check-in and check-out processes swift and seamless.
  • Anticipating and meeting guests' needs to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Serving as the guests' trusted contact for any issues or requests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera (PMS) is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills to handle guest concerns and feedback.
  • Critical thinking skills to turn issues into opportunities and create positive outcomes.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a bonus.
  • Basic math and computer skills to manage guest transactions efficiently.

We are seeking an individual who:

  • Can work a flexible roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Has availability to work evenings (3pm – 11pm) and be part of our dynamic team.
  • Has the legal right to work in Australia without any limitations.
  • holds a current police clearance (not older than 6 months).
  • possesses a Full Australian Drivers Licence to provide valet parking services.
