Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity where you will work closely with our team to provide outstanding service to our guests. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, and must be available to work at least 2 years without any hours restrictions.

  • Swiftly address guest inquiries: Address guest inquiries and special requests with tailored solutions
